يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 سنة فأكثر لإنشاء حساب. أنتِ مسؤولة عن سرية بيانات دخولك، وعن أي نشاط يحدث من خلال حسابك. الرجاء إبلاغنا فوراً عبر الدعم إذا شككتِ بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به.
جميع الطلبات تخضع للتوفر الفعلي للمنتج وتأكيد الطلب. الدفع يتم كاش عند الاستلام (Cash on Delivery). نحتفظ بحق إلغاء أي طلب مشبوه أو يحتوي معلومات توصيل غير صحيحة. الأسعار المعروضة قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق، ولن تتأثر الطلبات المؤكدة بأي تغيير لاحق بالسعر.
مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب المحافظة والظروف اللوجستية. Anna Williams غير مسؤولة عن التأخير الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتها (كالطقس أو انقطاعات الطرق).
لأسباب صحية، لا يُقبل إرجاع منتجات مستحضرات التجميل المفتوحة أو المستخدمة إلا في حال وجود عيب تصنيع واضح. تواصلي معنا عبر الدعم خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام لأي مشكلة بالمنتج.
عند إضافة تقييم أو تعليق، أنتِ توافقين على أن يكون المحتوى لائقاً ولا يحتوي إساءة أو معلومات مضللة. نحتفظ بحق حذف أي تقييم يخالف هذه الشروط. للإبلاغ عن محتوى مسيء تواصلي معنا عبر الدعم.
جميع الشعارات والتصاميم والمحتوى داخل التطبيق ملك لـ Anna Williams، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجارياً دون إذن مسبق.
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو"، ونسعى دوماً لدقة المعلومات المعروضة لكن لا نضمن خلوّها التام من الأخطاء. Anna Williams غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. الاستمرار باستخدام التطبيق بعد أي تعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

By using the Anna Williams app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
All orders are subject to actual product availability and order confirmation. Payment is Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious order or one with incorrect delivery details. Displayed prices may change without notice; confirmed orders are not affected by later price changes.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by governorate and logistics conditions. Anna Williams is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, road closures, etc.).
For health reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned except in cases of a clear manufacturing defect. Contact support within 48 hours of receipt for any product issue.
When posting a review, you agree the content is appropriate and free of abuse or misleading claims. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these terms. To report inappropriate content, contact support.
All logos, designs, and content within the app belong to Anna Williams and may not be copied or used commercially without prior permission.
The app is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee it is entirely error-free. Anna Williams is not liable for indirect damages arising from app use.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
